About Us
Carol and John Drovandi, of JC & JM Services Pty Ltd, have drawn from their 36 years’ experience maintaining common areas of residential buildings on the Gold Coast, to develop systems and train staff so that all your building common area needs are reliably and consistently attended to and maintained in a professional manner. We are looking to expand our workload and take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and our services.


John has worked consistently for 36 years in this field. Carol has had 36 years’ experience in the Body Corporate industry, initially for 8 years for a company managing Bodies Corporate and subsequently helping John in the field. Carol has also been the Secretary for 12 years, on the Body Corporate Committee where she and John live. They have also had experience as “live in” Managers.

Together, our wealth of understanding of the industry and experience, equip us with the expertise to take care of your common area. Our attention to detail consists of constant supervision of our staff and follow up building inspections by ourselves. John works in the field with our staff. We are readily available to liaise with on-site committee members.

We concentrate on “walk ups” without on-site management, but do not limit our services to small buildings. As matters arise, we provide an “on the spot” reporting service to the Body Corporate Manager, so that other breakdowns, repairs and maintenance can be attended to in a timely manner or urgently when required.


Our services are very valuable to a body corporate where most of the owners are absent and the building is mostly occupied by tenants. In the absence of Committee members, we identify any problems and quickly notify the Body Corporate Manager. This includes obvious breaches of By-Laws.

Most buildings have a committee member/owner on site and good liaison with that person is important.
