The Yoga Space
The Yoga space is an open room with heaters and air conditioning where appropriate. Yoga equipment for use includes mats, straps, blocks, blankets, sand bags and eye bags. There is a large car park & ample street parking with night lighting.

We offer a variety of classes, over several levels, from beginners to advanced, to suit many individual needs.
